In the Investing Business, Risk is Always a Concern, but We Remove Risk by Guaranteeing Your Full Satisfaction

TreeA guarantee? You’re thinking, “You’ve got to be kidding, right?” The truth is that engaging consulting services is a bit of a hope and a prayer. At WPC, we take on only a few engagements in each category to ensure that the level of customization, attention, and results are what you expect.

And, we’re willing to prove it. How does a riskless transaction sound?

It works like this. We sign an agreement with you that includes a proposal stipulating a set of delivery milestones that determine a completion percentage. At the 50% completion level, we will assess with you if the project is developing consistent with your needs and expectations.

If so, then you will pay WPC the first 50% of the planned engagement amount. Note that at 50% you will clearly see:

1) How we work with you,
2) The other members of your team will be able to assess our expertise, and
3) The final deliverables will be taking shape.


If, on the other hand, you feel that you’re not getting what you expected, then you owe us nothing but our out-of-pocket expenses. We will also turn over all of our preliminary work to you . . . without compensation. What could be more accountable?

On top of that, at the end of the project, we will ask you the same question about your needs and expectations. If the deliverable is not up to your standard, then you have two choices:

  1. Allow us to reshape the deliverable within 30 days to address your concerns or
  2. End the project and skip the last 50% payment


Truly, it’s of no great concern to offer this guarantee because we intend for you to be fully satisfied. But, you would agree, it takes a lot of the edge off your decision making to move forward with us.
